How to stop Videos from playing automatically on Facebook

Lately, videos just play automatically as i scroll down on my Facebook page.I have also been receiving mails on how to stop this. If you are facing a similar problem then  follow this guide.

==> CLICK on the arrow on the top right of your page  and click on settings just before log out.

==> on the page that opens after click on settings, click on videos displayed on the last column on the left end.















==>On the video settings page, you will see this:

On the line (Auto-Play videos) , click on the  Off and that is it. You can use Facebook in peace. Enjoy.
